Love the engraving on the back
That is one of these pieces that makes you sit back and wonder at the skill needed by several artisans to produce a watch of this level. Breguet at its best

There must be millions of hours from the best artisans in the world in this piece. I’m glad it still exists; old fashioned art work. Beauty it is
Slate, evidently
Obviously it’s not slate, but seems it’s leather imprinted on a piece of slate to give it the look. Best E.
