Mine is in the safe, so I can't try winding it right now.
However, I don't remember ever having the issue like yours with my 7147. When winding it, the experience was not very different compared to when winding my other manual watches.
You should bring it back to the shop and do a comparison with the other Breguet watches there. Good luck.
