misunderstanding IMO
Hello,ar bee,
Go for the watch You love,if You think a watch,no matter which brand or which complication, is worth that amount of money.
A basic Classique might be just as fine for You as a 3657 and will serve You a lot of service costs.
Also a basic Calatrava might be just as fine as a PP 3939 repeater for one.
And an X-Type Jag is a very nice car(the Mondeo platform used as "?bauche","finissage" and "escapement" made by Jaguar to use watch-language)and offers 4 WD which the big brother XJ does not and will therefore spend snowy winter days in the mountains in a deplorable state while the X Type will speed away...
One should neither buy a Breguet because they produce nice tourbillons,nor a PP because some people say their grand complications are a good investments,nor a Jag because Mr XYZ drives an XJ...
