That's unfortunate, but happens all too often!
My Blancpain Bathyscaphe was bought brand new, and the caseback was clean as can be, I know because I took many macro photos like yours. After a few months I noticed a quite large white spec of dust pop out of nowhere. It's frustrating and unfortunate, but dust can be hidden in there and eventually reveal itself down the road. No point sending the watch in just for a dust issue... so I've just learned to live with it.
Not really sure how watchmakers at these high end brands miss lint/dust like this that can be seen with the naked eye, especially when they work with a loupe...

In fact i'm pretty happy with my breguet, what you see on the macro is almost impossible to spot with your eyes. And I like the brand so much that I have bought a Breguet 5920 last week. ...

My Rolex Batman has a dust particle at the 4pm marker and my Tudor Black bay Black also had 2 dust particles and finger print marks on the hands. It was hard to see but with a loupe I was shocked.
Exactly(!) and don't ever write about your findings in the comment section of a certain watch blog that also sells watches these days...
They will tell you that comments like yours are tiring, discouraging and full of unnecessary negativity because watches should be fun!

Anyway, the watch is no longer under warranty since few months, so i think i will just wait 1 year or 2 and if I have any problem, I'll send it back to service. [nt]
BUT you can be sure that i'll check all my watch back from service with my Loupe Sytem.

sometimes I've seen dust particles glaringly sitting on a dark dial watch on the AD shelf. Not sure how those things get by final QC...
