This is an interesting watch. I pause only concerning the lugs. They seem long, too long. Hopefully to be seen in the metal some day. Thank you for the fine review. M4

I’ve had my eye on a 7097 for a long time now, and what struck me right away in your photo is the presence of two blued screws to fasten the dial to the movement. I had to look back at saved photos to verify they didn’t also exist on the 7097. I have to s...

I still like my Retrograde seconds a bit better.

Although I prefer the 7097, I love the way Breguet added a date into the Tradition, without disturbing the concept. GEO

Breguet did an overall great job with this one. My two quibbles: --blued screws on the dial are distracting. Remove them entirely and find another solution, or use polished steel screws (with smaller screw-heads, if possible). --get rid of the lume (?) or... 

I manage to read it with the naked eye but maybe in ten yeras time I would need glasses. Apart from that it is a fantastic watch that shows it class and pedigree. Thank you for the read!

but it is really nice to see that Breguet thought outside the box on this model to incorporate a date function without tampering with the symmetry of the dial 👍
