The watch is an Ellipse designed in 1973
but I have to admit that have never seen this version with diamonds.
The Ellipse is a well known model and it is actually a shame that the Cartier Boutique in Aventura Mall
was not willing to help and to look it up.
No matter which model you have, Any Boutique should be able to order a strap for it.
Even if it is not in their computer system.
Since the Ellipse is an older and pretty rare model, it is obvious that the strap is not in stock
and that it will be a special order, which might take a few months to be ready.

But for a watch like this it is pretty easy to order a strap elsewhere as long as you know the width between the lugs, the case/strap construction is simple. But since it is such a special and beautiful piece, I would bring it to the Cartier Boutique and ...
