In Switzerland, the complete service costs around 650CHF (around 710$) but I don't know if it is the same in other countries (I think it isn't). To compare, the service for my Pasha (GMT but not a special movement) costed 500CHF. Hope it helps.
Concerning the retail price, I found this watch on a forum and the guy wanted to sell it. He wrote that the retail price was 24,500$ back in the day. Not the most reliable source but it gives an idea.
