Based on some research - Chopard DOES offer Certificate of Authenticity services:
According to Chopard's official FAQ, while certificates of origin are issued only once at purchase, customers can obtain a Certificate of Authenticity by bringing or sending their watch to an official Chopard Service Center. The piece is sent to Geneva for identification, and the COA includes a full description and last known retail price. Chopard There is a fee for this service.
"The certificate of origin and guarantee is issued only once, when the item is purchased. Nevertheless, you could obtain a Certificate of Authenticity upon request by bringing or sending your watch or luxury jewellery piece, to one of our official Chopard Service Centers. Your piece will then be sent to our Headquarters in Geneva for identification and certificate of authenticity issuance (contents: Full description of the item and Last known suggested retail price)."
