I've never seen these pieces. Less is more from my perspective, so I am really taken by the Luna d'Oro with retrograde date display, both round and tonneau styles. Subsequently, they may be accused of becoming overly fussy. I give them props, however, for maintaining luminescent hands and indicators across most of the range; even if I don't often care for such prominent dial guilloché. I've never seen the first pieces. An interesting story indeed. As for the modern ones, I'm particularly attracted by the L.U.C Perpetual Chrono (2016). I don't know why, but I have to describe it as an "hard-rock" piece. Ciao, Elio
