Many of the watches may not be available even on the used market. The early models were made only for the drivers in the Mille Miglia races and contained quartz movements. That may be a factor if you like mechanical movements.
When the available-to-public editions were issued, each year had a limited edition marked with the year and also the non-limited version that may be similar in appearance. The year used to be printed on the dial for the limited editions but that is not a consistent feature now, as seen below.
The easiest watch to get is the 2014 version because it is the current model in production.
