They had approximate Pricing on the Chrono One
I thought the watch was beautiful. Now, I am not an expert merely a casual admirer of this watch. Saw it on the cover of a magazine and fell in love!. I've been searching for info on pricing for a couple of months and finally found my answer.
While there is no definitive pricing, the salesperson said that it would be between US$45k and US$50k. She stressed that it would be under $50k. Well, that puts it far out of my range. They were taking orders with a $5k deposit and the watch is scheduled for delivery or Fall 2007 or Spring 2008 (they weren't sure).
At least there is finally some info out there.
BTW - the one they had in the Waldorf is the only one in country (at least that what they told me) and they let me try it on and everything. It was a non-working prototype however and it had a brown strap. All the pictures I've seen are with a black band. Looks good in brown, but the black would look much better IMHO.
Anyway, that was the info I have and just wanted to share. They gave me a nice gift bag with a cap and some info on the watch. Very cool indeed.
