This thread comes to a full circle
I, most certainly, appreciate the assistance that has been provided to me via this forum, but I remained hopeful that I might be able to source a manual for my watch. Accordingly, I sent an email to Chopard, they responded in a timely fashion, and today I received a manual from them, shipped to my home in Canada. This level of customer service is superlative, it builds lasting loyalty and creates a new brand ambassador for their products. Kudos to Chopard.
