Chopard

Took this picture while wearing this the other day. I must admit this dial, with the work in the center and the applied markers and these hands, is far superior to most I know that command many multiples the price. Just a joy to look at with a loupe!...  

Here are some early PuristS' L.U.C watches from the first PuristS on Tour visit to Chopard. A few have the same decorated dial as yours but in various colours... Regards, MTF ...  

Time to replace the strap....thinking of going glossy brown unless a thicker grainy matte pops up soon. ...  

I am generally not a fan of the colour but here it really works - excellent!

Is it just the lighting or do the two appear to have a differently coloured date disc?

Mine came (preowned) with black-on-white numerals on the date disc. I knew that Chopard made a date disc for this watch that was black-on-salmon to match the dial color, so I asked Chopard to change it for me and they did.
