For Your Safety: A Message to All Buyers
- New Seller Notice: If a seller is new to the Collectors Market with less than 200 posts. While everyone starts somewhere, we strongly recommend using a secure payment method like PayPal Goods & Services or a credit card for purchases for buyer protection.
- Critical Security Alert: Established accounts can be compromised. Always request a custom timestamp (a photo of the watch with a note of your choosing) from any seller, regardless of their transaction history. For the highest security, a live video call is the best way to confirm the seller physically has the watch.
If a seller refuses these basic checks or you see any red flags, stop the transaction immediately.
Remember: A real seller with a genuine watch has nothing to hide and will understand your need for caution.
Just noticed a discrepancy between the advertised price and the price quoted in the body of the advert text.
Just to clarify: I'm looking for US$24,000 on this piece.
Also some info on the original MRSP: originally offered at around US$33,000, later price increase to US$35,000. Those prices are approximate as there was some variation from country to country during a time of great volatility in currency markets.
Thanks.
