‘’Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication‘’

When you see a Laurent Ferrier Galet in metal, you’re twice convinced Da Vinci is so right!

my preference have always been a square case, so walked in yesterday to see the Galet square in metal at the Antoine de Macedo in Paris.

I’ve read plenty of articles, seen video reviews on the Galet square having similar design cues with a Radiomir case – so I took my 721 for comparison (with a thought how simple a LF could be?). I’m so wrong, seeing one in metal you’re sure the look & feel of the Galet square is impressively different, elegant...

Frankly, with the bad iP pics I didn’t even want to try taking a shot of the movement – that is one heck of a movement finish if I may say!

One more thing, I was equally intrigued by the round 'galet' pebble design case – except for few brands, i always thought it is 'too normal' for a watch...

especially with the 10 pc LE of Antoine de Macedo with a Matt blue + bit grainy dial, white hour markers & hands – beautiful in every sense.

& the 'Autumn toned dial' - I can say onething for sure, none of the pics in the net makes justice  – try one in metal & I bet you’ll be more than convinced. The dial is dynamic & yet subtle in the same time !

Anyone who travels to Paris, take time to visit this boutique - i can promise you'll be the kid in the chocolate factory !

Merci beaucoup Pour M.Antoine - taking an hour & explaining each piece in detail...

HAGWE !!!

Best,
mahesh.,
