2005/06 Collection
Dear all Patek Purists,
I went to a Patek show yesterday for their 2005/06 collections and would like to share a few of my after-thoughts.
5146 - new 39mm case; absolutely stunning especially the white dial in yellow good and the gray dial in white good... a must-buy!
5134 - the new dial is more modern but I'd prefer the current more subtle dial
3712/1A - jumbo size Nautilus; very interesting dial layout; think liking would be polarized though... IMHO, a bit too big in size.
5296G - have to say for this model I was not too much into it from all the previous Bassel reports; trying it on yesterday is another story... a Patek classic, indeed.
5127 - sorry to say this; make me really want to buy the 5107 now
6000 - time will tell; don't really like this one... the dial is too busy.
Again, these are just my after-thoughts and opinions.
