In the Patek game! Patek 5296G-001
Thanks for all the great info over the years - I wanted a watch I could wear a lot - and I honestly like a more trad watch than the nautilus or aquanaut. So I took something dressier and put a casual strap on it and got it in white gold. Can wear with a t-shirt or a suit. What do you think?

It will always be a great watch in your collection. Personally I think that you could try something more adventurous when it comes to the strap, dark blue always works well. Whatever you choose keep enjoying it !
It takes too much from the elegance of it
To me it is becomming a clearly Bauhaus design watch, which is not a design I like. I love the dynamic elegance of this G model, with ist cool blue strap. So my personal verdict is: no, it does not work.

I wear it with a blue matte strap. Looks great and works casually. Not a big fan of your strap choice, try it with dark blue matte. It’s casual enough. My .02
