I agree! Something quirky about the dual time. But that am/pm works big time for me in spite of its interesting position on the dial. By comparison it should also have that appeal on a GS spring drive but it doesn't, at least for me..
Strangely, I lean towards the silver dial version more even if my general preference is black dials. But no good or bad with this one.
