Officine Panerai

If you have to choose a 40mm current model, which would your choice? Looking to get my first Pam but anything over 40mm will overwhelm my small wrist :-( TIA!

If you can't go above 40mm watches... As 40mm Panerai are like a excellent meal without an excellent wine...You will stay half the way, IMO. Therefore, the dials of the 40mm are so so, and don't have the bestial purity and charism of the 44mm... So you wi... 

Nic, Thanks. In your opinion, even the new PAM310 is a desirable Panerai? It's top on my list but do not have the chance to see the real thing yet.

I'm a difficult guy, as my Favourite Chrono is the Mare Nostrum, or the 192 Tantalium, or the Rad 163... The other Panerai Chronos are so so for me..But hey, I'm a difficult guy... The 310 has an interesting thing, it has only 2 counters, which is quite n... 

i have a very small wrist and for a time was trying to wear a pam 183. it just didnt look right on me . so i went for the 40mm pam 048. so far , i couldnt be happier with it. the 44mm looks like a tobacco can on my wrist. good luck. kevin

I have a 283 which I find more appropriate for dressier events because of the 40mm (smaller) size and I think the blue dial makes it elegant. I think that wearing a big watch (of any brand) on such occasions makes one look juvenile. I have a relatively sm... 

My wrist...14,5 cm, 5,7inch ! BOMBA 44mm . 249 and 190...47 and 45MM . The only 40....The PAM 4O, 44mm The 40mm ... only for women......

me being an Asian with a small wrist as well. This is my experience - My first PAM was 244 - a 40mm GMT - which I thought was the maximum for my wrist when I bought it Later, as I grew more and more fond of the brand, I decided that the 40mm size somehow ...  

I can find no Panerais in no boutiques here, all items are always sold out!!! I did try on a friend's 45mm Raidomir Black Seal but it looks funny on my wrist :-( Maybe I should turn my attention to the green Mil Rollie instead.

The Green Mil Gaus I Call with affection the green Trollie is a watch to try, to be convinced of its interest... You should try it, my friend... it will solve your problem, I think... Let us know what you finally decided! Best. nicolas
