A close up of the 2016 Jaeger Lecoultre Reverso Tribute Calendar dial.
We had a quick unveil of the 2016 collection which, if you still ( but would you? ) ignore it, will be placed under the sign of the Reverso.
I kept one shot aside, a focus on the dial of the Reverso Tribute Calendar, which is quite spectacular.
Finely grained opaline dial, applied hour markers, facetted hands, delicate moon phase... Not bad.

What do I think?
Your previous post has made me like this watch a lot. Now seeing this close-up shot that reveals the beautiful details of the grained dial and moonphase, I like it even more!

Wonderfully executed, great details
Still, as I am more of a white metal case guy, the SS Tribute is more my type. Very much like the light blue sky colour here, and the texture of the dial - very nice

One can rarely go wrong with blue and JLC most definitely did not do so in this case
Looks fresh without sacrificing any of the beauty and heritage expected from a Reverso.

The textured dial is gorgeous, reminiscent of the 1815 HG. And the light blue sky is a beautiful change of pace from black backgrounds; or even dark blue. Can't wait to see the next photo you are going to share.
