Today i?d like to introduce the

After Sales Department

That?s a department of many functions, such as
- storing 1.250.000 spare parts for new and older pieces
- sending spare parts to repair facilities world wide
- repairs and service work on watches send in to La Chaux-De-Fonds (like Will?s Observatory Chronometer).

I know some of you have and had contact with the After Sales team, so i do hope you enjoy this new installment of what may become an ongoing series in the future.
