A quick dose of 2998s
Dear friends,
Hope you are all having a great summer (and winter in the southern hemisphere). Haven’t posted for awhile but rest assured I have been reading, with thanks ! This evening, I am wearing my old but trusty 2998-2 and headed to the boutique.
But first, a wrist-shot at the front door.
First shot together. Cousins? Or Grandpa/grandchild ?
Initial 2cents: I like the size of slightly under 40mm. Looks better in the metal. It has enough resemblance to the original and different enough without being just another reissue/tribute.
I'll take out the lights this weekend - in the meantime I hope these iPhone pics are OK.

I was at the local Omega boutique Monday . . .
