A service story...
I purchased my Yacht-Master on 13-Aug-2002 and after 13 years it went for service... Today it's home again and I am a happy camper... Great attention by Rolex Service Center in Marunouchi (Ginza area). Their pre-service quote was reasonable (and I understand a bit less than the USA / East Coast), the final settlement matched the quote with a 30 days turn around, and a two year guarantee.
The service center was busy... today they had four individual working the counter, all occupied, but I was in-and-out in about 30 minutes. Big thanks to the Rolex team here in Tokyo.
