a strange and most puzzling aquisition.

hi folks, i've finally moved, sorted the house out and today i had the privilege of being connected to the world wide web. only 3 weeks since i moved in, but at least i'm on line.

i had a very weird experience the other day involving a package being delivered. i'm totally perplexed and confused by this package. in it was this lovely and highly collectable Omega, one that isnt on my radar as its from the 1940's and not 1964, but its now in my possession and will be treasured along with all my others. as for how i aquired it, i'm not prepared to say on open forum although i must add that i have done nothing illegal. if anyone wants to know the story feel free to pm me and i will reply to regular contributors only.

any, here's some pics then i can tell you what i know.

as you can see its a 30T2rg in an 18kt rose gold oversized case, approx 37mm. i know the crown is not original and the plexi is a fraction small so needs changing, but i do believe the dial to be original due to the wear on it.
