Omega: Looks original to me

Have seen dials like these used in the same case style featuring the first batch 30mm manual wind movements. If that is the case, buy the watch immediately - these are rare specimens.

I think while Purists rightfully would want the original dial, this modern dial in this case makes it a far more attractive watch - this is after all one of those 1994 Homage piece dials that in original form was available only in Japan. Omega: Case looks nice

But dial has either been redone or chemically cleaned so as to damage the lettering. I would not buy it unless the price was sufficiently low.

Many 2577s left the factory with the cal. 352 movement. It may just be the most common reference to house the cal. 352 movement.

Omega: The bezel is typical for this model

The early 861 speedmasters had this bezel style (dot over 90). The way the bezel ages to me does not add value to the watch - I would prefer the bezel condition to be as close to factory fresh as possible.

That is correct for early speedmasters, sm300s and railmasters. Those numbers are a datestamp - 2/61 (Feb. 1961).
