An unexpected choice - or beware YouTube videos

 

Hi All My latest watch - & if I'm honest, not one I was expecting to get. So a G Shock on a combi bracelet - not sure how I got here. But I've seen some posted here & some channels on YouTube seem very taken with them. It's most definitely different to what I've bought before! I think I've been intrigued by the culture of G-Shock collecting, they do seem to do lots of special/limited editions. The thought of a watch I never need to worry about that is always running kind of appealled & I thought a digital on a bracelet would be strangely cool.

I like Swiss watches, making not a secret liking them. Casio is my first encounter into watches when i was young, so it is nostalgic. Robust watches and techi. As a kid i played with the light button, set alarm, set date. I do not buy Casio watches anymor...

I'd also say, that the bracelet was very easy to resize for me as it has springbars in the links. Cheers JML

Gs and a Rangemaster, even though I do not buy reverse displays.

There's lots of choice with G-Shock - so always scope to get what you want.

I've been quite struck by the bracelet - light & easy to adjust. Only had it a week or so, so give it a while & I'll better appreciate it otherwise. Cheers JML
