Twilight OR Bright New Sunny Day... I have asked this question before and I hope you are not tired of it. Today's discovery is ROAD & TRACK magazine has devoted a 2-month, 160-page special edition to this question. I must not be alone in my ambivalence.

The R & T guys are taking the position that ANALOG is true LUXURY, and FREEDOM from digital's convenience, knowledge, constant engagement and distraction. I suspect the next double edition will focus on DIGITAL.
BTW, as we drove home with the magazine on the back seat, we saw a trailer ahead. ANALOG

Try that when the phone goes on the floor or in the cassette slot in my older cars (no cupholders or door pockets).

I guess I've been lucky
My 2015 Volt has never had a problem. Even a nail in the tire stayed put long enough to reach a garage and get a fix. But all of the older cars I've owned required contingency planning. Best, Tim
Tough question. I would go for an analog. The charm of driving a good old car is inimitable. I think if utility if your main criteria, then digital is your world. If not, analog is your world.
