Back from the spa:
PPC came back from Richemont yesterday, its automatic winding system repaired. It was out for maybe two weeks, and though it's long past warranty, Richemont comped the repairs. Color me impressed. (Perhaps they were embarrassed by the failure of their vaunted Pellaton winding system. 🤔)

I love IWC. Great company. They treat their customers well.
Service turnaround times are great. I need to get another PPC. Sold mine a number of years ago.
