Better late than never!!...

Phwew, that was close!

While it is still September in some parts of the world (the more backward parts, naturally

) it is not too late to recognise that September marks ONE YEAR of this forum being moderated by 'AndrewD'.

Surely you will all agree that Andrew has been a powerhouse moderator, bringing a constant stream of interesting topics to the forum, adding some very wise, knowledgeable and balanced comments of his own to others' posts and exercising marvellous discretion in his moderatorship. Speaking from a personal perspective, he has also been a fantastic horological buddy and mentor.

Thanks for all that you have done Andrew - thanks for all that you will go on to do, hopefully for a long time to come.

How about a 'year in review' post to celebrate the milestone, chum?
