big shout out... to ap customer service
Folks,
As we all know, when a watch needs repair, regular servicing, polishing, etc. --- the trip to the spa can take months upon months with little to no progress reports or email updates... and while we wouldn't accept this from a high-end car... high horology is somewhat different to say the least. Many of us have accepted it as 'the industry standard' and 'there's not much we can do about it'... anyways, I had a situation with my RO Skeleton SS skeleton and I dropped it off at the HK customer service centre personally instead of via my AD. Winnie was awesome, understanding, and thoroughly helpful... and I just picked it up today (after 2 weeks) and it's flawless. Well done AP for a terrific after sales experience.

Their exceptional service levels seem to be consistent. I have had the same experience here at the service centre in Singapore. Had scratched my strap due to cufflink scuffs. The refresh took 1 week and came back flawless. I was kept informed twice during...

A least nos we know were to go in HK to get an AP services with a smile (I am certain). It's nice to hear the good stories because often people have a tendancy to tell only the bad things that have happened to them. Best regards, George
