Black Memovoxes...
I stumbled across this photo today....it made me remember how much I love the JLC Memovox family. The sound is so special - and it varies quite a bit across tje different models.
To me, JLC is the Memovox and the Reverso.
The picture shows my collection of black Memovoxes:
- 1968 Polaris - an heirloom from my father
- Master Compressor Memovox - my favorite holiday watch
- Master Control Memovox - the only model with a sapphire glass back that allows you to see the alarm working
- Master Compressor Navy Seals Alarm Aldao - a special version with the JLC logo etched in the sapphire glass
- Tribute to Deep Sea Alarm - European version - one of the most comfortable watches I have ever had
