Closer and closer...
On the Simplicity trail: a good friend of mine met with Mr. Dufour yesterday and picked up my Simplicity (as well as his, which was in for a routine service and dial switch -- it's great that the latter is available as an option, although for now I am very happy with the combo I have!).
My pal was kind enough to send a photo of our two like-new watches -- I did a bit of cropping and retouching of his cell phone photo:
Of course I love mine, but I have to say that his RG with the lacquer dial is smokin'!
My friend asked me not to mention him by name, but I don't think he'd mind if I shared this photo, taken during our recent visit to Ste. Croix (sadly, Vianney was out of town at the time, but he left his hand behind...)
A little over a week to go until I have the Simplicity in my own (non-Golden) hands!
