I was in my local AD and was about to close the deal on a DD2 with glarcia diamond dial, but my AD keep telling me to get a PP instead for that sort of money. I already have a few PPs and I have benefited heaps from his advise on most of my high end purchase. Are DD2 really that not worth the money?? I love the weight and the fact that is rugged compared to any PP. I am in a delimma here. What will you do if you are in my situation? .. Thank you very much for your kind input. Cheers! .. Jennifer.

If you are comfortable with the weight of the watch, go with the DD2. It's a unique watch and will only compliment the Pateks that you have.
i've been there...
and could never quite pull the trigger on a dd2 w/ the glacier dial in platinum... I would always seem to find myself attracted to a more complicated piece or an independent. If I were you... I'd actually take the plunge because it'll only get more expens...
