With all the buzz and fuzz on the internet and watchfora, I decided to give it a go and order the Seiko Propex Turtle Blue Lagoon Limited edition. This is by far the cheapest watch I bought for myself in the last 30 years, but don't get me wrong, I really look forward to playing with it, especially the built quality and trying the numerals or day on the dial.
I have been doing quite some reading about this Turtle and apart from its cute design, the history is there, and so are its supporters apparently. And if I like it, becoming a Turtle collector isn't as expensive as collecting Patek's 😂
The little research I have done resulted in this list of models (new era) so far released by Seiko. But please correct me if I'm wrong. Buying them all doesn't even come close to the cheapest diver from the luxury brands.
I should get the Blue Lagoon next week and will surely update my post with pictures and hands-on experience.
