Finally got one
Should have pulled the trigger a while ago when prices were a lot lower, but oh well, what are you gonna do. This is my favorite Journe watch of all time.
I like his other work, but somehow the Optimum has always been at the top for me, both mechanically and aesthetically. I never quite believed that the resonance worked, and it always felt like a glorified GMT watch to me, albeit a beautiful one. The Optimum, on the other hand, has a purity of purpose and design that I savor.

And I live hundreds of miles away from the nearest boutique and never travel anywhere. I abhor traveling. I bought this watch second hand from a trusted dealer.

I have a strap that fits the watch, and have already swapped it.
