GP appearance in books

 

G'day,

extending the "watches in movies" topic, i?d like to point at two books, in which Girard-Perregaux is prominently mentioned.

One is Ian Fleming?s "From Russia With Love", which is the story that became world-famous as the base for the James Bond films.
He mentions Girard-Perregaux several times; on the first page, a triple calendar watch is pretty well described.

Another is Gilbert Morris "Charade":
