For those who don't already know the story, Jed is my boss (In the real world, not on PuristSPro...not yet, at least. LOL!), and he is the person who encouraged me to join PuristSPro. He mentored me back in the dark ages before I found the light; when I still thought a crown was just what the Queen of England wore on her head when she wasn't out walking her corgis (No offense meant to any of Her Royal Majesty's subjects here on PPro!). In the world of watches he's Obi-Wan Kenobi to my Luke Skywalker (Yes, I'm a sci-fi geek. Don't judge!), and outside of that he's a great boss, awesome friend, and all around spectacular person! I hope the birthday fairies bring you something special, Jed. How about a Moser Perpetual 1 or JLC Duometre? When I win the lotto I'll buy us both one of each!
So, please join me in wishing Jed a happy birthday. He deserves it!

Plenty of people hate birthdays. I've never understood the feeling myself -- maybe it's a reminder of mortality thing, but I can appreciate that others don't like to celebrate. Daos
