Help with "new" Royal Oak

I just inherited a Royal Oak from my dad for my birthday, and I am trying to find out the details...when made, movement, history, desirability, value etc. It is yellow gold with a yellow gold waffle face, second hand, AP at 12 oclock, date at 3, 36mm without crown, 40 with crown.

It is a d series (d-60754) and has "no 828" on the back. It is not a display back.

It is a solid gold single clasp that is skeletinized and signed. I have the box, but no papers.

I have been searching the site, but cannot get the info I need.

Posting a picture would be tricky at work, but is possible if necessary.
