I like to make stuff.....

Hi people,

I decided to show something that me and my watchmaker have created.......






It all starts with a old 50mm no brand chronograph pocket watch .... I seems to be and old monopusher Minerva "wanna be" movement, I´m not sure exactly ....

The watch was in bad shape so we did two things:

Rotate 90o degrees to put the crown on the right and serviced the movement.

The next step was to adapt the watch lugs.

After that we change the hands to a dark blue vintage ones....

The final step was to create the dark patina in the case... He used a kind of acid... I like the results.

It took 3 months to finish...

Than I added a brown strap with a Panerai type buckle.

This is the final result........

PS: I´ve only had the ideas, my watchmaker made all the work...
