Introducing my 1973 Jaeger LeCoultre Master Mariner Chronometre cal.906
I would to thanks Puristspro forum to let me know this stunning and extremely rare JLC timepiece.
The Jaeger LeCoultre Master Mariner Chronomètre ref.24002-42 . Only 1151 pcs produced during 1973/74. This is one of frist specimens even made (according to archive extract 1973).
The movement is the JLC caliber 906. Only 7000 pcs produced, most of them used by Vacheron Constantin for his Royal Chronomètre (cal.1096).
I love that blue dial and his NSA original JLC signed Bracelet.

I also have a Jlc Chronometre calibre 906. The question is that my watch is a no date..... the mechanism is the proper calibre 906 and hasnt been modified do the no date face. The dile looks to be with the right wear for a 1970's watch, the only question ...
