Is this real?
Ive seen a patek philippe that has the year and month below the 12 oclock position and just above the patek philippe name. It literally has the year for example it says 2009 , and Jan for the month. Is this a watch that they made? Cause I cant find it on thier website. If it is real then how many years ahead does the rotating year bit go? Thanks for any and all help provided. Oh I should add that the watch looks identical to the 3970 Ive seen in the Patek Phillipe Gallery, only instead of the day of the weak beside the month it says the year (ie. 2009). I have a bad feeling it may be a fake. I really love the watch though. Som...

If it doesn't cost about US$100K+ it is 99.999999999999% a fake. Similarly, any future Pateks you see for less than $20 are fake. No need to post pictures or sift through any catalogues. The world is just not such a good place, with bargains lying around ...
Under 20k?
Although I agree to most of your post, we should not make believe people that any PP costs more than 20k. It's just not true. There are lots of vintage Pateks for way under 20k! Just check recent catalogues of Ch..ies or S..by's - or even A....rum - you w...
