Jaeger Lecoultre Tribute to Polaris 1965 Versus Vintage Lecoultre Polaris 1965.
A side by side picture which features 2 watches which are very dear to my heart.
Two very rare birds: The Tribute, in steel, was made in 65 pieces for the Paris Boutique, 10 years ago, and the vintage in a bit more than 500 pieces, but finding one in very nice condition, and correct, is really challenging.

This is true. Alongside each other, considerable contrast would emerge.
The true extent of the Anniversary's detail revisions is huge. Apart, perhaps there seems to be more similarity than starkly compared alongside each other, and there's room for all three. That sounds like a cool future post! Best, Tim

The Anniversary is actually very handsome and different as a new age Polaris. Somehow it is progressive and minimalist chic eventhough it is built on the original 1968 design.
