Before someone ask, the watch is a modern Omega Speedmaster Professional - caliber 1861, on leather as it should be.

Watch collections. I had many of those, let go and got another (repeat more than 10 times!). This one is the first that I got brand new and ... the magic is always there. Cheers, Nilo

Let's see, but for now, I gravitate towards the very simple, three hands and the odd one with a date and moonphase. It is a lovely watch, especially on a strap, I will admit. I just didn't like having a complication that I did not use at all.
How you time pasta cooking?

Chic. What you cannot match is the yellow flower name. It's a native plant, called in Portuguese as "Falso Barbatimāo" (meaning "Fake Barbatimāo"). Don't ask me why. Yes, there is a "Real Barbatimāo" but is not a tree and is a medicinal plant. Cheers, Nil...
