L.U.C @ SWA Part 1 of 3 ( A Pictorial Essay)
24 October 2007, 7pm, Sincere Watch Academy (SWA)
Today was the first session of the DISCOVER MORE ABOUT L.U.C by CHOPARD MANUFACTURE AT THE HOROLOGY COLLOQUIUM.

This is rare sight, a enlarge version of the L.U.C 1860 hanging on the wall. Immediately
noticed it when stepped into SWA (however was shot during end of session).

I would like to read these MM books...

Time : 6:45pm
Ms. Julien Wong, Chopard Asia's Marketing Manager. She was busy preparing the showcase pieces.
Of all the 6 talks by SWA, Chopard is the first to show their pieces....some of them I've not seen before. More about
in Part 2.
Mr Patrick Wehrli...aka Master Patrick, the speaker. He worked as a watchmaker for 4 years before...so he knows his
stuff very well. A humorous guy, and he is really good at relating the technical information to non-techy watchlovers
(using metaphors and stories) helping them to understand the value & efforts in watch manufacturing.
Both Julien and Patrick just rushed back from Thailand, less than a couple of hours and straight to SWA.
The showcase pieces for the guests.... to try on and to see the finishing...
4 pieces of bare calibers....
At about 7pm, the room was packed.... somehow they knew how to entertain themselves with food and chat among themselves...
Mr.Maxime Labey, Managing Director of Chopard Asia, just stepped in and accompanied by Head of SWA, Mr. Patrick Tan
(Ok ...there are 2 Patricks this evening...so watch it! )
Huh...spotted a L.U.C Fleurier on George's wrist!
Dick and Khim...waving at me (through the lens)...he is wearing something special too...
The Patricks, discussed last minute strategy...
Just beside the hall, is the Servicing Lab...

B
Time to start....all guests seated...
Very serious matter, can you spot a guest with a notepad?
Session officially began.... Mr. Patrick Tan introduced Master Patrick Wehrli
An attentive Maxime...
Can any of you decipher what are the key points?
Oh...the attentive Maxime changed position for better view.
to be continued ..... Part 2, please
