hi,
i'm looking to buy a large chunky chrono with date. i saw the article on the Oris TT3 PVD black and RG which i thought was great, but i want something a bit more unusual or rarer if you get my drift.
i'm considering a panerai Daylight chrono, black dial. no pic as you all know what it looks like, but i've recently come across BRM which are nice small production hand made pieces.
this is one choice. val 7753 movement. 49mm x 51mm, superb looking and very mechanical motor vehicle orientated which i love, but its pricey

or there is this which is 1/3rd of price, not pvd but still has the look i'm after. 44mm diameter.

there is also a round pvd and rg version of the above watch which is similar price to the big one.

so theres my dilemma, do i buy the Oris which fits the bill, is cheap, but mass produced, do i buy the Pam chrono which is big chunky, but perhaps not as unique as i'm looking for or do i risk a fair amount of cash on a BRM which i know very little about, but love the design of. if anyone knows about BRM please help or opinions of each model would be good.
i know that the final choice is down to me and i like the 'unusual', but i'll take on board what people say.
cheers
Graham
