Leap year indicator on the Senator Perpetual
The exciting moment for the year indicator - half red (next year, leap year) and half white (ending year, 3rd year after the previous leap year). Since I got this watch last spring, that circle has always been plain white - but finally, it has come to life to offer a small splash of color for the next 36 monhs!
I let the watch stop on November 30, so I could advance the hands slowly to watch the date go from 30 - 31 - 1, and the day, month, and year indicator change. Was that a little compulsive?
