LeCoultre Chronograph - what is it?
Hi all
I am fairly new to this forum, and JLC watches, and need some help identifying this watch. I have looked throuhg forums and previous auction results, but cannot find anything that resembles it. It looks like a Lecoultre made for the US market, although it does not have the "LeC" on the crown, which tells me the crown has been replaced, as well as the back case possibly. The dial looks a little weathered, but the 72 movement looks good.
Any info or suggestion identifying this watch?

on the movement indicates that is was produced when JLC & VC were being imported and then assembled (movement into case) in the US by Longines-Wittnauer. There are posts from the 2003-2004 years on this forum that go into great detail about this relat...
