Thanks Dean for that info. I read up on the VXN stamp and learnt something tonight...
I have been told the watch is from 1975, but have NO IDEA of what the model name or watch reference is, and have not see another one with a similar dial, which is also in bakelite. Could it have possibly been a US specific model?
I also believe the movement is a Valjoux movement? If someone could confirm for me
