Most Alarming
Hi All
I know there have been very many discussions on this forum and on others on the site about deciding what to collect and themes and concentrating on a particular area. Unfortunately, I've never managed that discipline - far too much of a magpie nature to be able to restrict myself.
One thing though that does stick out from those watches I have is that I like them to make a noise & not having the funds for a minute repeater this has lead me to alarms. The ones I have have been acquired in a haphazard way with no real logic and there still more that I'd like to get.
So here they are a "chime" or perhaps a "buzz" of alarms.

Poljot Alarm
The Poljot was the first arival - got it about five years ago, still can't quite believe how much watch I got for my money

. Has wonderful blue dial as well - which I think also started my appreciation of blue dials, but more of that at a later date.

bellmatic - kinda funky
The Bellmatic was a result of trawling forums and seeing that it had an iconic status and also it was possible to get a nice one without breaking the bank. Its automatic and has date and day on it. Its my only alarm with these functions. Alarm is probably the quietest of the lot.

Memovox
Another Iconic alarm - wasn't aiming to get this but it called to me & I was disciplined enough to wait. Gorgeous watch - wondeful plain and elegant dial & it doesn't sound too bad either!

Lancofon
This is where I start getting confused - not entirely sure about how I got to know about Lancos. What appeals is that its all driven off the one crown and has a very elegant implemenation and the the red dot/white dot for when its active or not is great. The only downside is this watch has needed a lot of love and attention & needs to go back again, but its worth it for its elegant simplicity.

Oris - the latest arival
Last but not least the Oris Wrist Alarm, been hunting one of these for a while and this popped up a couple of months ago. Like it as I'm rather fond of Oris watches but also for its compact size. Its the smallest alarm I have, but certainly packs a punch on the volume front.
There are others that I'd like - but thats in the future & where's the fun in having everything you want.
