Nautilus 5711 & Watch Winders

Last month I purchased a 5911 Nautilus. According to the official Patek website, the watch has a power reserve of upto 45 hours. If I wear the watch for 2 days and take it off, it stops working after about 6 hours. I have put the watch on 2 different watch winders, but the watch stops working. My first question: for watch winder, should the 5711 be wound clockwise or counterclockwise? (Both watch winders currently set to clockwise rotation.) Second question: regardless of the watch winders (which all my other watches, including another Patek automatic function properly with), would you bring the 5711 back to the AD to have them check the movement's power reserve? Thanks in advance.
